Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Salted Butter
  • 6 oz Pure White Chocolate coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 cup Granulated White Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour sifted
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/3 cup White Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 9×9 inch square baking pan or line with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides to lift the finished brownies out of pan; then set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, beat eggs until frothy, set aside. Using a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and chopped white chocolate. Melt in 30 second increments, whisking in-between until completely smooth and combined. Add granulated white sugar, and continue to whisk until combined, then add eggs and pure vanilla extract.
  • Mix in the sifted flour and salt, just until combined then gently fold in the white and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Transfer to prepared pan, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out nearly clean (there should still be moist crumbs on the toothpick). Do NOT overbake. Remove from oven, and allow to cool slightly before cutting.

Notes

The batter will be thick and dense - this is exactly how it should be! Thick brownie batter yields a dense and fudgy brownie.
