  • 2 - 2 1/2 pounds NY Strip or Sirloin Steak cut into cubes or bite sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp Canola or Avocado Oil or any high-heat oil
  • 6 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Butter or Ghee for a Keto substitute
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes optional
  • 1 tsp Salt more or less to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly Cracked Black Pepper more or less to taste

  • Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (optional), stir until well coated.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Pan sear steak bites in one layer, ensuring not to overcrowd until browned on all sides (be sure not to overcook your steak). You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your skillet. Once steak has browned, remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet add butter, and minced garlic. Saute for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Return steak back to skillet, and toss in garlic butter. Remove from heat.
  • Add in fresh parsley, toss well and serve.
