  • 1/4 cup Water if heating up prior
  • 1 tbsp Natural Hickory Liquid Smoke
  • 1/2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1/4 tsp Salt or to taste

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients together in a small saucepan and bring to a high simmer.

Notes

a. One of the greatest tips that was passed onto me, was to prep your meat ahead of time! For example, in our household we purchase our meat - chicken, beef etc. in bulk. We season them up, and portion into Ziploc bags. It makes weekday meals so much easier!
b. I also frequently get asked what I season my chicken with. Ultimately, it all comes down to preference and the dish I'm preparing. However, the base seasonings I use (for chicken) are paprika, salt, black pepper, parsley, garlic and onion powder.
