Jamaican Bully Beef Sandwich (Corned Beef Sandwich)

Ingredients

  • 1 can Corned Beef
  • 1/4 - 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp Onion finely diced
  • 2 tbsp Red Sweet Peppers finely diced
  • 2 tbsp Green Sweet Peppers finely diced
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 4 Lettuce Leaves optional, for freshness
  • 8 slices Sandwich Bread or Jamaican hard dough bread

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine corned beef, onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper.
  • Mix in the mayonnaise until creamy and well combined, then season with black pepper, as desired.
  • Spread corned beef mixture onto bread slices, layer with lettuce if desired, and top with the second slice. Cut and enjoy! 

Notes

While sandwich bread is an easier, more common option, hardo bread is the traditional choice for Jamaican bully beef sandwiches.
