  • Whisk Or spoon, to mix the ingredients together until smooth.
  • Measuring cup and spoons To accurately measure the ingredients.
  • Airtight Container For storing the spicy mayo if not using immediately.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise preferably Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce adjust to taste for desired spiciness
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Lime Juice optional
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce optional
  • 1/4 tsp Sesame Oil optional

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, soy sauce and sesame oil (if using) together until well combined and smooth.
  • Transfer the spicy mayo to a serving dish or an airtight container if not using immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Start Slow with Spice: Gradually add your spicy Sriracha to the mayo, tasting as you go to achieve your desired heat level.
Use Quality Mayo: Start with high-quality mayonnaise as the base such as Kewpie, as it will significantly affect the overall taste of your spicy mayo.
