- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise preferably Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce adjust to taste for desired spiciness
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Lime Juice optional
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce optional
- 1/4 tsp Sesame Oil optional
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, soy sauce and sesame oil (if using) together until well combined and smooth.
Transfer the spicy mayo to a serving dish or an airtight container if not using immediately and enjoy!
