How to Make No-Bake Vanilla Protein Balls

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl
  2. Roll into two-bite sized balls
  3. Chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until balls have firmed up
  4. Enjoy immediately, or store in an air-tight container for up to a week, or freeze for up to 2-3 months.

A few Extra Notes – if you have difficulty making the balls stick together, I recommend adding more peanut butter – this acts as the glue. Also, don’t forget that once chilled, all the ingredients will firm up. As a last resort, you can press the ingredients in to square or rectangular dish, and make Flat No Bake Vanilla Protein Bars.

  • 1 scoop Botanica Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seeds
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter more if required
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 – 3 tbsp Botanica Coconut Oil
  • ½ cup Raisins or Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Add in wet ingredients, and mix thoroughly together creating your base.
  • Next, add your chocolate chips, mix well.
  • Using your hands, roll dough into “two-bite” sized balls. Place in air-tight container, and repeat until finished.
  • Cover and place in refrigerate to chill for 1-2 hours.
  • Enjoy immediately, or store in an air-tight container for up to a week, or freeze for up to 2-3 months.

Notes

As another option, you can press the ingredients into square or rectangular dish, and make flat No Bake Vanilla Protein Bars. I also test this recipe, but do a layered version – protein oat mixture, layer or peanut butter, or hazelnut chocolate, topped with a final layer of protein oat mixture. Allow to chill in refrigerator, slice and serve.
