Another single-ingredient banger of a side dish — made with ripe plantains (the riper, the sweeter, the better), sliced then shallow fried in oil and a sprinkle of sea salt!What is it? Plantains are not bananas but are in the same family. It’s as simple as tossing everything in a food processor or blender and pulsing until combine.
